• Content Generation: The Service uses AI and third-party APIs (e.g., Pexels, Pixabay) to generate keywords, text, images, and videos. The content generated may include suggestions that are inappropriate, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. You accept full responsibility for reviewing, modifying, and approving all content before use.
  
  

• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OrganicGrow.app, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, including but not limited to the content generated by the Service.

4. Service Availability
